A session on Small Christian Communities ( SSC’S )was held on the 5th of July 2015 at St. Mary’s special school hall, Kinnigoli parish. It began with prayer songs at 3.00 P.M where the holy bible was enthroned in a place of honour with flowers and lighted candles. Every one present over there came in a procession and gave respect to the word of God by touching it by both of their hands.
After the reading from the bible, the parish SCC coordinator Mr. Michael Pinto welcomed the participants and especially the Parish Priest Rev. Fr Vincent Monteiro and the resource person of the day Rev. Fr. Herald Pereira ( the director of SSC, Udupi Diocease).
This was followed by the talk of the day by Rev.Fr. Herald Pereira.
