Mumbai : Recipient of Karnataka Rajyotsava Award 2014, Hon. President of Billawar Association, Mumbai, President of Rashtriya Billawara Mahamandala, Mulky and the Chairman of Bharat Bank Jaya C Suvarna, received a grand public felicitation in the presence of more than 5000 representatives of Tulu/Kannadiga Sanstas on 20th December, evening at Saptaha Krida Maidan, Near Poisar Gymkhana, Kandiali West, Mumbai.
Billawar Association, Mumbai organized this programme which was presided by Nithyananda D Kotian, president of the Association.
Jaya C. Suvarna couple arrived the venue with grand procession. Padmabhushana Dr. D. Veerendra Hegde, Dharmadhikari of Dharmasthala Honored the couple and said before knowing his achievement it is necessary to know about his hard work to achieve this. He has received a prestigious respect from the people than the award. One has to think about others. God always be there those who serves the common people. Let God give Jaya Suvarna more strength to serve the common people for long time.
Dr. Ganesh Amin Sankar Lecturer of St. Aloysius College Mangalore delivered felicitation speech and presented a brief report of Jaya C Suvarna.
Sadguru Sri Sri Brahmananda Saraswati Swamiji of Shree Rama Kshetra Kanyadi, Karnataka Minister Vinayakumar Sorake, Ajith M Suvarna President of Mogaveera Vyasthapaka Mandali, Chandrashekar Palethady, Edior of Karnataka Malla spoke and recollected the achievements of Jaya Suvarna.
The Presidents of various Tulu – Kannadiga organizations who were present on the dais were felicitated by Associations’s local committee chairmen. Harish Hejmady and Padmanabha Sashittlu compared the programme. Hon. Gen. Secretary Dr. U. Dhananjaya Kumar offered vote of thanks.
