The Annual Parish Feast of Immaculate conception church, Kinnigoli
The Annual Parish Feast of Immaculate conception church, Kinnigoli was celebrated in an atmosphere of devotion and gaiety on Wednesday, November 21, 2018.
Prior to the solemn concelebrated Festal Mass, V. Rev. Fr. Mathew Vas, the parish priest distributed the ‘candles of Honour’ to all the members of the parish Pastoral Council, Gurkars and Representatives of the wards, presidents of different parish associations, those who had contributed towards the feast and also the sponsors of the annual feast. Mrs. Shaila Sequiera, The vice President of the Parish pastoral Council and Mr. Vincent Mathais, the Secretary of the Parish pastoral Council, read out the list of names.
Rev. Fr Vincent Monteiro, Parish Priest of Bendur Church celebrated the Solemn Festal Mass, Rev Fr Victor D’Mello, Rev Fr Ronald Cutinha, Rev Fr Rayan Crasta, Rev Fr Melwyn Noronha, Rev Fr Maichael D’Silva, Rev Fr Assisi Rebello and others were present.
V Rev Fr Mathew Vas greeted the priests and the parishoners and he thanked everyone for the contribution, participation and their Co-operation.
Rev. Fr Vincent Monteiro extended the festal greetings to Fr Mathew Vas, the parish priest, Rev Fr Rupesh Tauro, the Assistant parish priest, Rev Fr Sunil Pinto, , the Assistant parish priest, and the entire and all the parishioners.
A number of devotees were found lighting candles near the statue of Mother Mary in front of the church. The stall of the ICYM with varieties of lucky games was the chief attraction of the feast revelers.
